The facility pairs large outdoor play yards with climate-controlled indoor play and boarding spaces, so kampers get real outdoor time and a cool, comfortable place to rest between sessions.

Where is Kamp K9 located, and is there parking?
2700 Taft Ave, Orlando, FL 32804. Yes, there is parking. Turn onto the gravel road and park in front of the brown fence.
What are your hours for drop-off and pickup?
Monday to Friday, drop-off is between 7:00am and 10:30am. Pick-up is between 7:00am and 10:30am or between 3:00pm and 7:00pm.
Saturdays and Sundays, drop-off and pick-up are between 8:00am and 10:00am or between 4:00pm and 6:00pm.
- Day Kamp is open Monday through Saturday

Can I tour the facility before booking?
Yes. We do tours during your evaluation day, but we can also give a tour before you schedule an evaluation. We give tours in the morning, generally from 8:30am to 10:30am. We are closed between 12pm and 3pm.
What is the Parent Portal and how do I get access?
The Parent Portal is where you enter all your information about you and your dog. You get your daily report cards and can schedule the services you need through the portal. Parents can also add any special information we need to know about their dog.

We are open and available during the following hours:
Day Kamp Monday - Friday 7am to 7pm
Saturday 8am to 6pm
Grooming services are available during:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sat – 8am to 4pm
Grooming appointment pickups available between 12pm to 2pm.
Lobby closed daily from 12pm – 2pm day/overnight kamper pickups. Kampers are napping.

Boarding Pick Up Hours:
Weekdays before 12pm* included in night fee
Pickups after 12pm will incur a ½ day Kamp fee
