Our Story
Kamp K9 grew from a pet sitting business started by the “Vann Kids”. To earn money, Louise and Brian, Jr. founded the company. They focused on providing dog sitting and walking services to families with dogs in their neighborhood. Their father, Brian, Sr., realized the family’s passion for dogs while helping his children pet sit. The family decided to expand the business.
Offerings
Kamp K9 provides a one-stop shop for busy dog owners, offering products and services related to caring for dogs. This includes daycare and boarding services, and training for all levels. At Kamp K9, we believe providing constructive play and activity for our clients’ dogs during day improves the pet owners’ experiences with their dog at home.
Private training sessions offered for all levels of development: Puppy, basic and advance obedience, manners and behavioral changes.
Free-range areas for dog-constructive play and activities. We promote a natural and healthy pack-mentality by grouping dogs based on size and age. This allows for safe and fun environments for all dogs. Our facilities contain air-conditioned indoor areas for free-range play as well as areas for dogs to rest during their time at Kamp K9. Special areas for dogs who prefer to be alone.
Benefits of constructive include: puppy biting decreases, better behavior at home, and an outlet for instinctual behaviors.
Overnight Kamp accommodates dogs of all sizes. Air-conditioned boarding facility offers great space for sleeping after a long day of playing with the Day Kampers. At Kamp K9, we will ensure all needs are provided including medications as instructed by your veterinarian.

We have experienced Brian Vann’s first-class service with the 5-week puppy training class, periodic day care and overnight boarding services. Brian delivers on all fronts. Enrolling in Brian’s 5-week puppy training class was the best decision we ever made. This was the first puppy we’ve owned since having children (ages 6 and 8). Brian was patient with all of us, included the kids in the training and made it an experience that was extremely informative, yet relaxing, engaging and fun. The transformation after five short weeks was unbelievable. To board our dog overnight with Brian truly feels like we are leaving him with family. Our dog was well cared for, kept safe, and loved. It is a luxury to be able to travel with no concerns about the well-being of our dog. The day care is amazing as our dog gets to play in a clean, safe environment with all his friends. He comes home exhausted and, most importantly, happy. Brian has truly been a blessing to our family and I highly recommend all his services.
We started working with Brian the day after we brought our puppy Colt home. He even talked to us before we picked up our puppy to give us a head start. I’m so thankful because from day one we’ve known what to expect and Brian trained our family so we could all train our puppy.
